A Great Motivation

Sept felt so long, may be because there is no holiday at all? Suddenly it's beginning of Oct. Just try new blogspot layout, seems great, and simple. Simple is better!

I restarted my calorie counter. (Again!?) Well, I always have problems in sticking in one activity or problem to focus. Sigh* Aren't we all ladies have this problem? *It's just me...* Felt very bad when one colleague said that loosing 1 or 2 kg doesn't make any difference, nobody will notice, you should loose at least 5 kg or more. 

I understand I'm fat, and I tried to loose some kg, I always think it should start with a small step, going to a big one. Anyway, isn't it my problem how much weight I want to loose? Not hers? I understand she got her way too loose weight faster by not eating anything. Well done b*t*h. You would die faster. I will loose weight the healthy way. 

Thanks to her, I got more motivation, to proof I will loose weight without starving at all. ~ 
Today I'm 0.5 kg lighter than last week...:) Jia You.
